Sommelier

Our sommelier courses will make you an expert in food and wine matching, and develop your wine-tasting sensibilities. You will learn how to select wines and put together a wine menu, correct storage and inventory management. Wine serving, selling and buying will also be discussed. 
While our Professional Sommelier course prepares you for the industry, we also offer short courses that can be used as stepping stone to more training and knowledge.
